For some reason or other, I just recalled 12-13 years ago, must be 1998-99, while republicans were obsessing about Clinton's cigar and oral incidents with a certain princess Monica. Clinton directed a cruise missile attack against Al Qaeda bases in Afghanistan, in an effort to prevent more terror disasters than had already occurred in Africa.
Would it be a different world if he had succeeded and the republicans weren't thinking so much about sex?
